MC3 not responding

I have been getting the same error in different locations. Once entered password and open table it will be stuck in the screen. ( picture & video attached)

So far 3 customers has raised the same issue since Wednesday.

Solutions tried

1. Uninstall install back
2. Clear cache and android tablet
3. Change new tablet

Nothing works for now.

Anyone facing the same issue?
