License issue found when using terminal

OS=Windows 7 Ultimate with RDP patch, Windows User = posadmin (Windows Admins), staff1, staff2, staff3, staff4, staff4
Sambapos Terminals = server, staff1, staff2, staff3, staff4
Sambapos Users = Administrator,staff1, staff2, staff3, staff4

I can use the main terminal (server) and Administrator (primary Sambapos Admin) and access "POS" without any issue.

However, when I try to use other terminals (staff1, staff2, staff3, staff4), I can't access "POS" and show "No valid license found".

Is there any configuration error or issue regarding on this?
